Prague Pulse: What’s New, Beautiful & Worth Knowing
Prague feels different this season. More international, more confident, yet somehow more intimate at the same time. Across the city, a new wave of concepts is emerging — places and brands that are no longer just about aesthetics, but about atmosphere, emotion and experience. Gastronomy blends into design, beauty into wellbeing, and new addresses become places where evenings naturally stretch long past midnight.
Hana Knížová, Pigmentarium
This summer, Prague is being shaped by French niche fragrances Voyages Imaginaires, Czech perfume house Pigmentarium, wellness-focused activewear label Kinoko, minimalist jewelry brand MOOYYY, French dermo-cosmetic house CODAGE Paris and a new generation of dining destinations changing the rhythm of Prague nights.
One of the strongest culinary concepts to arrive in the city over the past months is undoubtedly Seven North Prague — the celebrated restaurant concept by chef Eyal Shani, which, after its success in Vienna, has quickly become one of Prague’s most talked-about destinations among creatives, food lovers and the fashion crowd alike.
“I feel like Prague has been waiting for a place like Seven North for a long time — somewhere that’s not just about dining, but about the entire energy of the evening. It feels like a place that could exist in Tel Aviv, Copenhagen or New York, and that’s exactly what makes it so exciting,” says Abigail Nováková.
Seven North: Prague’s Most Vibrant Dining Address This Summer
Located inside Sir Prague, Seven North brings a type of dining experience Prague has been missing. The concept revolves around Mediterranean sharing plates, seasonal ingredients, ever-changing flavors and an atmosphere that feels more like a living, breathing evening than a traditional restaurant reservation.
Created by Eyal Shani, known for his emotional and intuitive approach to food, the menu draws inspiration from Mediterranean, Italian, French and German home cooking while maintaining an effortless sense of creativity and spontaneity.
The open kitchen plays a central role, pulling guests directly into the movement and energy of the space. Conversations blend into music, cocktails keep arriving, plates are shared across the table, and the entire room feels alive in a way that Prague restaurants rarely do.
The interiors, designed by Linda Boronkay, balance intimacy, warmth and understated elegance. Layered textures, cinematic lighting and carefully imperfect details create a space that feels naturally stylish rather than overly curated.
“Seven North isn’t the kind of place where you simply book dinner for 7 PM. It’s the kind of place where the evening unfolds naturally, another dish appears, another glass of wine arrives, and suddenly it’s past midnight. That’s what modern city dining should feel like.”
With its location near the Dancing House and the Vltava river, Seven North has quickly become one of the city’s defining destinations this season.
Voyages Imaginaires: Fragrance As A Poetic Escape
Prague beauty concept store BYSSINE will introduce French niche fragrance brand Voyages Imaginaires from June 1st. Created by renowned perfumers Isabelle Doyen and Camille Goutal, the collection consists of seven fragrances inspired by both real and imaginary journeys.
These are not perfumes designed to simply smell beautiful. They feel emotional, nostalgic and deeply personal — like memories, dreams or fragments of places that may not even exist.
Made entirely from natural ingredients and organic wheat alcohol, the refillable fragrances offer a slower, more intimate vision of beauty in contrast to today’s fast-moving trend culture.
“These are fragrances that transport you somewhere else emotionally. Each one feels almost cinematic,” MAGPAPER.
Kinoko Introduces A New Wellness Retail Concept
Czech premium activewear brand Kinoko is opening a new space in Prague’s Karlín district, redefining what wellness retail can look like today.
Following the closure of its original flagship store in Letná, the brand returns with a more mature concept combining fashion, community, movement and wellbeing under one roof. Alongside the full collection, the new location will host workshops, community gatherings and events focused on mindful movement and healthy living. The interior, designed by Barbora Szöllösi Babocká, blends minimalism with deeper burgundy tones symbolizing the brand’s evolution into a more confident and authentic visual identity.
At the same time, Kinoko introduces new BODY collection pieces, including LOLA leggings, BARA bras and the now-signature LENNON flare leggings — all reflecting a more realistic and less performative approach to wellness culture.
“Wellness today is no longer just about working out. It’s about community, aesthetics, mindset and how we choose to live daily life,” says Abigail Nováková.
Pigmentarium Unveils Aereo — A Fragrance Inspired By Prague
Czech perfume house Pigmentarium introduces Aereo, a new fragrance inspired by lesser-known layers of Prague’s history while remaining entirely contemporary in its interpretation. Created by founder Tomáš Ric in collaboration with perfumer Theo Belmas, the scent revolves around Cashmeran and unfolds as a soft, intimate and subtly melancholic composition.
After a successful pre-launch at Paris Perfume Week, Aereo is already becoming one of the most discussed niche fragrance launches of the season. The release is accompanied by new packaging designed by graphic designer Jakub Samek and a visual campaign shot by photographer Hana Knížová inside the villa of legendary Czech traveler Miroslav Zikmund.
The entire project feels closer to a cultural object than a traditional perfume launch.
MOOYYY × Lucie Koldová: Jewelry As A Personal Talisman
Czech jewelry brand MOOYYY presents its new Amulet collection created in collaboration with designer Lucie Koldová.
The collection explores the symbolism of the circle — protection, wholeness and continuity — through sterling silver combined with crystal, pink sapphire, hematite and pearls.
Minimal, intimate and timeless, the pieces feel less like seasonal accessories and more like deeply personal objects meant to carry emotional meaning. Actress Vica Kerekes fronts the campaign, naturally reflecting the collection’s themes of emotional protection and quiet strength.
“In a world where everything moves so quickly, jewelry with personal meaning suddenly feels incredibly intimate again,” says Abigail Nováková.
CODAGE Paris: The New Era Of Summer Skincare
French dermo-cosmetic house CODAGE Paris continues redefining summer skincare through a pharmaceutical approach combined with elegant textures and highly active formulations.
Founded by siblings Amandine Azencott and Julien Azencott, the brand was shaped by generations of doctors, pharmacists and dermatologists within their family. This season, CODAGE introduces Serum No. 9 Sun Shield SPF 50+, a lightweight protective serum combining high UV protection, antioxidants and hydrating active ingredients designed to shield the skin not only from the sun, but also from pollution and oxidative stress.
Its elegant texture aligns perfectly with today’s “healthy glow” and skinimalism aesthetics, where SPF becomes part of a sophisticated daily skincare ritual rather than just a functional necessity.
“SPF today is no longer just something you throw into your beach bag. It has become a true part of beauty lifestyle culture,” says Abigail Nováková.
SASY TRATTORIA NAPOLETANA: A Slice Of Naples In The Heart Of Prague
Located on Havelská Street, SASY TRATTORIA NAPOLETANA brings the atmosphere of Southern Italy directly into Prague’s Old Town. Inspired by authentic Neapolitan cuisine and the family recipes of “Mama Julia,” the concept embraces simplicity, warmth and the beauty of long Mediterranean evenings.
Rather than focusing on overly polished fine dining aesthetics, SASY leans into spontaneity, energy and the slightly chaotic charm of a true Italian trattoria. Aperitivo, wine, shared plates and lively music create the feeling of an unplanned summer evening somewhere along the Amalfi Coast rather than a regular dinner in central Prague.
“SASY has exactly the kind of imperfect authenticity and warmth that makes you forget you’re in Prague for a moment,” concludes Abigail Nováková.
